Splinter Faction LTD recognises its responsibility to ensure the health, safety, security, and environmental well-being of all its employees, contractors, visitors, and the communities in which it operates. This policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy working environment and minimising our environmental impact.

Policy Statement

Responsibilities

  • Management: Senior management is responsible for providing leadership, resources, and a clear commitment to HSSE.

  • Supervisors: Supervisors are responsible for implementing HSSE measures in their areas of responsibility and ensuring that employees follow safe working practices.

  • Employees and contractors: All employees and contractors are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own and other's health and safety, following security procedures, and minimising their environmental impact.

 

Implementation

This policy will be implemented through:​

  • Communication: Communicating this policy and other HSSE information to all employees and relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitoring and Review: Regularly monitoring and reviewing our HSSE performance, conducting audits and inspections, and making necessary improvements.

 

Compliance

Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

Review

This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness.
